Student to School Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. Referral promotion is available until 31 December 2025. Nominees (ie teachers, school leaders as defined in 2. must book meetings ahead of this date to be included.)
  2. To be eligible  – nominees must be involved with Up Learn’s subjects – Maths, Psychology, Economics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and GCSE Science – at either A Level or GCSE eg Subject teacher, Head of Department, Head of Sixth Form, Deputy Head, Headteacher.
  3. To qualify, the nominee will be entered on student referral form and student name entered on teacher booking form.
  4. In the event that a nominee is referred by two students, in the first instance the voucher will be awarded to the named student on the meeting booking form. In the second instance, if two names (or more) are on the meeting booking form – the voucher will be shared between the two (or more) studentss. The refund value of the licence will also be shared accordingly – eg (2 students, ½ a full licence price, 3 students, ⅓ a licence price) should a contract be signed.
  5. £20 voucher will be provided within 10 working days after the meeting is held with the nominee and they meet the eligibility criteria in 2.
  6. Full licence refund is provided in 10 working days after school signs a contract for Up Learn.
  7. Licence refund will be up to the maximum of the 2 year course price at time of purchase. Monthly subscribers’ refunds will be limited to this. 
  8. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that will be awarded to students – if the meetings are held with eligible nominees as per these terms and conditions.
  9. Refund for full licence only available for relevant subject that is purchased by the school and is directly related to the referral/meeting with relevant nominee.
  10. No correspondence will be entered into and no alternatives will be offered.
