The referral promotion is available until 31 December 2025.
To qualify, the referred contact (“nominee”) must be a teacher or school leader involved with Up Learn’s subjects – Maths, Psychology, Economics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or GCSE Science – at A Level or GCSE.
Eligible nominees include Subject Teachers, Heads of Department, Heads of Sixth Form, Deputy Heads, and Headteachers.
Referrals must be made via the official Up Learn Teacher Referral Form and must include on the demo booking form.
To qualify, the nominee will need to fill out the “Book a demo” form and must include the referrer’s full name and school email
£20 voucher for a referral within the same school (e.g. another department).
£50 voucher for a cross-school referral (i.e. a teacher or SLT from a different school).
One reward per referred school or department that books and attends a demo.
Rewards are non-cash, non-transferable, and issued within 10 working days after the demo has been attended and verified.
There is no limit to the number of vouchers a referrer can earn, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria.
If multiple teachers refer the same nominee, the reward will be issued to the referrer whose name appears on the demo booking form.
All referrals are subject to verification by Up Learn to confirm the nominee’s eligibility and attendance at the demo.
Referrals that do not meet these criteria, are duplicates, or cannot be verified will not qualify for a reward.
Rewards apply only to demo bookings made and attended before 31 December 2025.
Up Learn reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding eligibility or reward decisions.
